1.0        OUR PRODUCT


1.1        Repurposed Products


Most our products are created from cast-away | re-cycled glass.  Glass imperfections, scuffing and scratch marks will be visible.  All trims are hand applied and may detach or discolour over time. Artwork variations will be evident as each piece of glass is unique.  Glass selections are subject to glass availability, size, colour and cutting compatibility.  Each product is hand crafted making each piece unique, quirky, eclectic and one-of-a-kind.  Reproduction of an identical piece is seldom achieved. 


1.2        New Products


From time to time we create pieces from locally and internationally sourced suppliers.  Manufacture specifications will be noted where possible.


1.3        Candle Holders


Do not lift by bottle neck, as the necks get hot.  Use tea-light candles only. Do not place tea-light near the sides of the glass as this may cause cracking.


1.4        Colour Filled Products


Some products are colour filled.  These products are NOT dishwasher safe.  Clean by using a lukewarm solution of soapy water or a clean damp soft cloth to gently wipe clean.


1.5        Drinkware | Bowls | Jars


Wash ALL products before use.  Glassware is dishwasher safe when packed in the top drawer.  Refer above for Colour Filled Products.


1.6        Lighting



All electrical fittings have been sourced from Australian Approved Suppliers and are Tagged and Tested by an Approved Electrician.  Use only 25-Watt Antique Filament light bulbs or similar in Table Lamps.


Battery Operated

Twinkle lights are sourced from Local and International suppliers.  Use 3 x AA or 3 x AAA batteries in housing.  Batteries are not included.  Replacement Twinkle Lights can be purchased from select local outlets.


1.7        Timber


Most our timber accessories are re-cycled | salvaged timber which we have gathered from fallen trees and | or demolition sites.  Natural timber has been oil treated.  Although every effort has been made to reduce the cracking of natural timber - cracking, expansion or contraction may occur in dry or wet conditions.


We also use locally sourced suppliers of finished timber products. 


2.0        CUSTOM ORDERS


A once off AU$35.00 artwork set-up fee per image applies to all new orders and subject to complexity.  This fee is waived on repeat orders of the same artwork.


All custom orders require payment to be made upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Work will only commence on receipt of payment and approved artwork. 


It is the responsibility of the customer to supply custom Artwork in (AI) Adobe Illustrator (EPS) Encapsulated Postscript (PDF) Portable Document Format or similar Graphic Design format.


All artwork including revisions are to be signed and dated by the Customer. 


It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure correct spelling, fonts and artwork set-up.  Every effort is made to ensure accuracy on behalf of the Customer however, Treehouse Craft Shed takes no responsibility for incorrect spelling and artwork set-up once signed off.


All artwork is hand applied hence a 2mm variance in application is considered acceptable.


2.1        Custom Re-Purposed Products


This refers to re-purposed products from our product range.  Customers either use Treehouse Craft Shed’s current artwork or the customer provides their own artwork in a format as described in Section 2.0 above. 


Terms and Conditions apply as laid out in Section 1.0 and 2.0 above.  As we work with re-cycled products it may not always be possible to obtain an identical item as seen across our Website or Social media pages.  Substitute materials will be used from time to time.  Artwork design variations may be present.


2.2        Custom Personal Products


This refers to items supplied to Treehouse Craft Shed by the customer for customisation.  Customers either use Treehouse Craft Shed’s current artwork or the customer provides their own artwork in a format as described in Section 2.0 above. 


Terms and Conditions apply as laid out in Section 1.0 and 2.0 above.


The Customer is responsible for the dispatching and collecting of their product/s to and from our facility in Rostrevor.


Due to the nature of glass, precautions are in place to work safe and avoid breakage.  In the event of breakage, the customer will not be charged for services.  However, the customer accepts the risk of possible breakage and Treehouse Craft Shed recommends personal insurance on products deemed of value.


2.3        Samples


From time to time samples may be required for testing purposes.  It is the responsibility of the Customer to dispatch their product/s to our facility in Rostrevor.




Due to device screen colour set-ups – differences in image colour and quality may be noticeable when receiving image proofs or samples.  Treehouse Craft Shed is not liable for image colour differences on devices.


4.0        PAYMENT


All payments are required prior to delivery | collection unless otherwise stated in Sections 2.0 – 2.3 above.

All prices are in Australian Dollar.  We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.  Payment can also be made via bank transfer.   

COD payments are only accepted on pick-up non-customised orders by prior arrangement.

NOTE : Non-stocked | custom made orders will only be created and shipped once your payment has been cleared.


5.0        VALIDITY


All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of submission.




We ship within Australia only.  For stocked items, please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare your product for shipment PLUS 5 - 10 business days for delivery within Australia, subject to location.


For non-stocked | custom made products please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for us to create and prepare your product ready for shipment PLUS 5 - 10 business days for delivery.  Non-stocked | custom made orders will only be created and shipped once your payment has been cleared.


We ship with Sendle Courier.  Sendle include insurance for lost in transit but do not allow for damaged or broken goods.  Due to the nature of the product it is highly recommended that you request insurance be put in place.  We are not responsible for broken or lost goods in transit.


7.0        COLLECTIONS


Collections may be made by prior arrangement from our facility in Rostrevor, South Australia.  Please note, unpaid products which are not collected after 30 days will be sold.


8.0        RETURNS


We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds however; at Treehouse Craft Shed we strive to meet our customers’ needs so should you have any problems with your purchase we will gladly assist.




Sand-etch products will show finger prints when handled.  Gently wash finger marks, grease, and wax off your product by using a lukewarm solution of soapy water or a light spray of good quality glass cleaner with a soft lint-free glass cloth.
