PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

1.0  PAYMENT

 

  • Product and Shipping payments are required at time of order. 

  • All prices are in Australian Dollar. 

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. 

  • Payment can also be made via EFT (Electronic Bank Transfer).   

  • Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

  • Shipping charges will be waived on orders collected from our facility in Rostrevor, South Australia.

 

2.0  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

  • We ship within Australia only. 

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the time your payment has been cleared for us to ship your order.

Due to the nature of the product and packaging requirements; shipping is :

 

  • estimated between AU$15 - AU$30 per product.

 

We ship with Sendle Courier.  Sendle include insurance for lost in transit but do not allow for damaged or broken goods.  Due to the nature of the product it is highly recommended that insurance is put in place.  We are not responsible for broken or lost goods in transit.

 

3.0  COLLECTIONS

 

  • Collections may be made from our facility in Rostrevor, South Australia.  

 

4.0  RETURNS

 

  • We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds however; at Treehouse Craft Shed we strive to meet our customers’ needs so should you have any problems with your purchase we will gladly assist.
